Our FlameZone Bushfire ConsultantsNeil Falconer – Greater Sydney Metropolitan Neil’s background is in general management and marketing, specialising in planning and customer satisfaction. He has worked as the Deputy CEO and Australian CEO for a number of multinational companies, as well running his own successful business. Neil has been a volunteer bush fire fighter for 15 yeas and is currently a Deputy Captain. He has worked as a Training Officer, Vice President and Treasurer with his local brigade. Neil has successfully completed the RFS/UTS training course, ‘Planning for Bushfire Prone Areas’. He has been the driving force behind creating our FlameZone Bushfire Consulting division. Mark Lapworth – Greater Sydney Metropolitan Mark has held management and financial control positions in small, medium and multinational engineering businesses, and has also contributed as a driving force behind FlameZone Bushfire Consulting. Mark is a member of his local bush fire Community Fire Unit and has successfully completed the RFS/UTS training course, ‘Planning for Bushfire Prone Areas’. Mark leads the technical development of our Aqua Fireshield Triple Zone External Water Sprinkler System. Chris Powell – Canberra Region – Southern NSW Chris brings to the team many years of management and practical experience in the building industry and also in property development. Chris is currently the Group Captain in his area and is also on the local Bushfire Management Committee. Chris has unique and valuable experience which he brings to bear on his assessments for FlameZone. Chris has successfully completed the RFS/UTS training course, ‘Planning for Bushfire Prone Areas’. Ian Woodham – Penrith/Blue Mountains/Greater Western Sydney Ian has a broad local business experience in the Blue Mountains running customer orientated businesses. Ian has been a member of the local RFS brigade for 11 years and is currently a Senior Deputy Captain. Ian has a extensive knowledge of fire suppression and the performance of buildings under bushfire attack in the Blue Mountains, where the local council has mapped the entire LGA as bushfire prone. Ian has successfully completed the RFS/UTS training course, ‘Planning for Bushfire Prone Areas’.
